Rose Bay Community Care was founded by a compassionate and highly experienced nurse with a vision to provide safe, effective and person-centred care within the community.

Our founder’s background extends beyond clinical nursing. Alongside extensive experience in community care—including epilepsy and seizure care, neurological and neurosurgical care, palliative care, medication management, wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy management and diabetes management—she has considerable expertise in developing the procedures, systems and support structures that underpin consistent, high-quality care.

This experience has shaped the strong foundations of Rose Bay Community Care. Across community, disability, nursing, aged care and privately funded services, our approach places each client at the centre of their care. We work closely with clients, families and their wider support networks to understand their needs, preferences and goals, and to develop care that is compassionate, effective and safe.

We believe excellent care also depends on the people providing it. Our staff are carefully selected, well trained and supported to deliver care with competence, reliability and respect. Clear procedures, strong infection-control practices and a commitment to continuous improvement help us protect the wellbeing of both our clients and our team.
